Citizen's Charter
To promote responsive and citizen-friendly governance, the Province of Sultan Kudarat has formulated a Citizens' Charter in compliance with the CSC and DILG's directives. This Charter provides guidelines for accessing various provincial services, names of officials and employees to contact, grievance redress mechanisms, and feedback forms for public comments and suggestions. Aligned with RA 9485, "The Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007," it aims to expedite transactions, reduce bureaucratic red tape, and ensure transparency in government dealings. By educating the public about our services and facilitating smoother interactions, we aim to promote efficient and effective service delivery, upholding high standards for our citizens.
