1. Processing of Mining Permit (G2C, G2B, G2G)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: Any Qualified Person a citizen of the Philippine, Any Government entity/instrumentality in need of quarry,
Any Ladowner may apply for the extraction
2. Resgistration and Licensing of Small-Scale Miners (G2C)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: All person (Filipino citizen, legal age, intending to undertake small-scale mining operations within a declared Minahang Bayan area)
3. Processing and Awarding of Smale-Scale Mining Contract (G2C, G2B)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: Licensed Small-Scale Miners
4. Processing of Ore Transport Permit (G2B)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: Small-Scale Miners
5. Issuance of Memorandum of Payment (G2C, G2B)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: Any Qualified Person, Permit Holder, Small-Scale Miner
6. Provision of Technical Assistance (G2C, G2B, G2G)
- Office or Division: Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
- Who May Avail: Government agencies, LGUs, Civil Society, Academe, NGOs, IPs and other Interested Parties
