Vision
An Office providing planned quality and affordable health care services, and managed by skilled, committed, competent, effective and efficient personnel.
Mission
- To maximize supervision and monitoring of all field health programs, projects and activities;
- To improve supervision and coordination and monitoring of all government hospitals, field health and special projects in the province;
- To implement health foreign-assisted projects in the province;
- To intensify and functionalize the Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit;
- To formulate, develop and implement plans and policies to promote health of the people in the province;
- To conduct Health Information campaign; and 7. To have strong inter-intra sectoral linkages.

1. Administrative Services - Receives, record, release and processes written letter/communication requests for the desired services (G2C, G2G)
